Express Post Service (hereinafter referred to as EXPS) adheres to the principles of confidentiality and privacy of information received from EXPS clients within the framework of providing postal services.
EXPS guarantees the safety of information with limited access and the protection of personal data of users of postal services (hereinafter referred to as Users), including when using the official EXPS website, mobile applications, application programming interfaces and applications, payments and transfers via payment systems, etc. (hereinafter referred to as Services).
The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is aimed at publicly informing Users about the procedure for collecting (processing), storing, transferring personal data and information provided within the framework of the provision of EXPS Services.
By using EXPS services, the User agrees to all the rules and conditions of the policy.

Purpose of personal data processing.
The purpose of personal data processing is the provision of Services.

Personal data – information or a set of information about the User who is identified or can be specifically identified.
Non-personal information – information that is not linked to a specific User of the Services.
Personal data processed by EXPS include contact information provided by Users when using the Services (last name, first name, middle name, telephone number, email address, passport details, etc.); which is used to pay for EXPS goods and services; numbers and history of postal items. Information is obtained when the Service Recipient uses it, including through the EXPS website, mobile applications, etc. Data is transferred by Users voluntarily in order to ensure that EXPS can fulfill its obligations under the Services.
Non-personal information is used solely to generate statistical data and to improve the Services, including informing the User about new services. In particular, in the case of using a mobile application - the version of the operating system, the approximate location of the mobile device in the case of the User's independent consent to the use of geolocation, the IP address of the device, the date and time of authorization in the mobile application.
Use of information
The information received by EXPS is used for:
- creating a User account;
- providing the Service or function ordered by the User;
- communicating with Users to inform them about personalized unique offers and promotions of EXPS;
- assessing and analyzing the market, customers, products and services provided by EXPS;
- effective customer service;
- ensuring updates and support of the Services, including the mobile application on the User's device;
- any other purposes in the amount sufficient for the high-quality provision of Services.
Transfer of information to third parties.
EXPS may transfer information received from Users within the framework of providing Services to third parties for the purpose of properly fulfilling its obligations under these Services.
EXPS may distribute personal data without the consent of the User or a person authorized by him/her in cases specified by law and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.
Protection of confidential information and information about the User.
Confidential information, personal data and non-personalized information are stored on EXPS internal resources, access to which is restricted in accordance with the requirements of the EXPS Information Security Policy.

The EXPS web resources have taken sufficient measures to protect information, but please note that absolutely safe and there is no error-free way to transmit data over the Internet.
EXPS is not responsible for the functioning of servers, Internet access service providers, the work of third parties, due to whose fault access to the site may be impossible or limited, information leakage due to the fault of third parties is possible, as well as for the disclosure by the User of their personal data, including authorization data on the EXPS website, in mobile applications, application software interfaces and applications.
The information posted on EXPS web resources is protected by current legislation governing intellectual property rights. Replication, translation, recording in an archive, copying to other electronic media of the information posted is prohibited.
User Rights and Obligations.
The User has the right to receive information about the procedure for processing their personal data, as well as other rights determined by the current legislation of Israel.
The User is obliged, in particular, but not limited to:
- not to commit actions aimed at misleading other users;
- not to provide their personal data to third parties;
- not to collect, systematize, store, process or distribute personal information of other Users;
- not to attempt to access the personal data of other Users in any way, including, but not limited to, through deception, abuse of trust, selection of authentication and identification data.
If the User registers on the official EXPS website, in mobile applications, application programming interfaces and applications on behalf of and in the interests of third parties, then by providing this consent, the User confirms that he/she has sufficient authority to perform such actions, including providing consent on their behalf to the processing of personal data on the terms set out above, as their representative (father, mother, guardian and other persons stipulated by applicable law).
User Consent.
According to the Law, EXPS processes the personal data of Users in order to provide them with Services based on the permission to process personal data granted in accordance with the Law for the exercise of powers and for the execution of a transaction to which the User is a party.
The User may voluntarily provide EXPS with consent to the processing of his/her personal data in order to receive advertising and information materials or for another specified purpose.
By registering on the official EXPS website, mobile applications, application programming interfaces and applications, the User confirms that he/she is familiar with the terms of this Privacy Policy, including the purpose of processing personal data specified in this Policy, and the rights granted to personal data subjects in accordance with the current legislation of Israel by checking the box “I agree with the Privacy Policy”.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on the User's devices when visiting the EXPS website. The EXPS website may use cookies to understand what content you are interested in and to remember you if you visit the site again. EXPS stores cookies to ensure the technically flawless and optimized provision of Services.
Cookies that may be used by EXPS cannot cause damage to the User's devices. Most of the cookies that may be used by EXPS are so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted at the end of the User's visit to the EXPS website. Other cookies remain on the User's devices until they are deleted. These cookies allow the user's browser to be recognized the next time they visit.
